We have designed Subscription Plans you can choose from, such as monthly, bi-monthly or annual. You'll receive whatever food you choose at an interval of your choice directly to your home.

What is a Self-Billing Portal?
The Self-billing portal allows you to manage your transaction such as accessing and downloading your invoice, credit card update, and cancel the subscription.
To access the portal, login using this LINK.
Follow these steps to login:
1. You should have received an email for the invoice of your purchase. The invoice of your purchase contains your Invoice Number.
2. Using your Email used in the transaction and the Invoice Number, you may log into the Self-Billing Portal.

How to Request for a Refund?
If you need to request for a refund for an long-term billed subscription (annually-billed or 10-month subscription), please contact us at team@designerdogfoods.co.uk, and your request will be reviewed by the team and process the refund of the total amount of goods for succeeding unmet months of the subscription.
Please be notified that a refund is not applicable for these instances:
1. One-time purchase goods cannot be refunded, as we have express delivery within 48 hours after you have checked out an order.
2. A refund cannot be granted for goods that are already delivered or being processed for delivery.

How to Pause a Subscription?
Going on a long trip or vacation? You can definitely pause your subscription!
If you need to pause your subscription, please contact us at team@designerdogfoods.co.uk. Please be informed that pausing your subscription does not fully terminate it. It will continue to charge you again after the specified time you need it to be reactivated.
How to Change for a Subscription or an Order?
If you need to change your subscription from a monthly or every 2 months recurring billing to an annually billed subscription or you would want to change your dog food, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to the self-billing portal using this link or click the orders tab in this helpdesk. Please use the email used in the transaction and the invoice number sent to your email.
2. After logging in, click the Cancel Subscription button located on the left side of your order. Your order cancellation will be reviewed by the team and process it accordingly.
3. We will send you an email to notify you after your order has been cancelled.
